Concussion Support

Clear, evidence-based concussion support tailored to where you are in recovery.

Concussion recovery can feel lonely. Not because you're doing anything wrong, but because it's an invisible injury and clear guidance is hard to find. If you’ve felt unsure, dismissed, or like you’re navigating this on your own — you’re not alone. I’m here to help.

Here's why concussion recovery feels harder than it should:

You don't feel fully understood

Your symptoms are real — but because they’re invisible, it can feel like you have to explain or justify how you’re feeling, over and over again.

You're left to figure things out on your own

You’re told to “rest” or “wait,” but not how to move forward safely — or what progress should really look like. Without support, recovery can feel isolating and uncertain.

You're afraid of making things worse

Without clear direction, every choice feels risky — whether it’s returning to work, exercise, or daily life.

You don't have to navigate your concussion alone.

Concussion recovery isn’t about pushing through or doing nothing.
It’s about having the right support at the right time — from someone who understands what you’re experiencing and can guide you forward with clarity and care. That's where I come in.

Acute Concussion
(1-21 days)

In the early days after a concussion, uncertainty is often the hardest part. Symptoms can change quickly, advice can feel vague, and it’s not always clear what’s safe — or what will actually help.

During this stage, we focus on early assessment and clear guidance. Every concussion is different, so your plan is tailored to your symptoms, your daily life, and what your brain needs right now. The goal is simple: help you recover safely and reduce the chance symptoms linger longer than they should.

Persistent Concussion Symptoms (21+ Days)

When symptoms last longer than expected, recovery can feel especially frustrating. You may be doing “all the right things,” yet still feel stuck, limited, or unsure why progress has slowed.

At this stage, I take a deeper, more individualized approach to identify the main drivers of your symptoms (often the neck, balance/vestibular, vision, autonomic/exercise tolerance, sleep, and mood). From there, you’ll get a tailored, step-by-step plan using targeted, symptom-guided rehab to rebuild confidence, capacity, and quality of life.
